As we continue to grow, there may be times where we can’t answer every call instantly. While we have explored automated call handling / directing in the past, we found it didn’t reflect the service we wanted to provide for our customers.

ParentShield Support Done Differently
Mobile Telecom companies traditionally have a rather poor reputation for customer service with an industry average satisfaction score of only 2 or 3 out of five stars. Being a newcomer to the established market in 2018, ParentShield took decision to do things differently. Putting our customers at the heart of what we do. Listening to their suggestions and overall feedback has helped us build what ParentShield is today.
What happens to inbound calls at ParentShield
All inbound calls will be answered by one of our front line customer service specialists. You will be speaking directly to a member of our team who understands ParentShield inside and out. They have access to the appropriate systems and tools to deliver efficient and accurate support.
During evenings and weekends, we usually have two or three team members on standby ready to assist. If we are unable to answer immediately due to an overflow of incoming calls, please do not worry. We will respond as quickly as possible.
