Changing payment date by call, email or live chat

Once all of the usual security checks are passed we’ll action your request and confirm the change.
Credit / Debit card customers
Monthly payments by credit / debit card can be set to any day of the month
Direct Debit customers
For those that pay via Direct Debit, there are three slots we are currently able to choose from.
- 6th of the month for payment to come out of your account around the 10th
- 18th of the month for payment to come out of your account around the 21st
- 27th of the month for payment to come out of your account around the 1st
