The Password for your Portal access will be printed on the letter you receive with the SIM card.
We’ll give you a call from 0330 122 1180 in a few working days to see if it’s arrived.
When it arrives it will be ready to insert into any unlocked mobile phone. Please check your email for your order confirmation and order number.
If you don’t see the confirmation email for this order please check your Spam or Junk folder. It has been sent. We use your email address as the main username for your account so if you don’t receive email confirmation then please call us on 0330 122 1180 as soon as you can in case it has been mis-typed or blocked for some reason.
We post SIM cards Monday-Saturday and last post is around 4pm. ( 10am Saturdays )
Install our app on your own mobile phone.
The ParentShield SIM user just needs the SIM card in their phone, but we have a web app that you can install on your own phone to make it easier to get to the Portal.
Just use your phone browser to open: https://my.engine-mobile.co.uk/ and then:
iPhones: Click on the ‘share’ icon at the bottom ( The little square with an arrow coming out of it ), and then scroll down to “Add to Home Screen”
Android: Use the three dots menu – and you should find “Add to Home Screen” as an option there.
That’s it. You can log in using the password that’s on the letter with the SIM when you get it. Your phone will remember the password.
