What’s a monthly rolling contract?

We understand that not everyone wants to commit to lengthy fixed term contract, as circumstances change and freedom and flexibility are important. That’s why we’ve made all of our SIM only contracts available on a rolling monthly basis so that you can cancel at anytime. A rolling monthly contract doesn’t have a specific end date, so it’ll ‘roll on’ until you tell us that you would like to cancel.

How does the billing work?

Just like any ongoing monthly bill, payments are taken once a month of the agreed price, on the monthly anniversary of the original sign up date. Payments will be taken from the card you use to sign up or via direct debit if you prefer. You can change your payment options from within your account.

How to cancel your contract?

If you decide that you would like to cancel your contract, we require 30 days notice, this notice can be given by emailing us at hello@parentshield.uk or calling us on  0330 122 1180 . You can even use the Live Chat on the ParentShield Website.
If canceling over the phone, you will be required to answer your chosen security question to verify that you are the account holder.

We decided to provide our service on a rolling monthly contract basis to give parents as much freedom as possible while still having access to the powerful ParentShield features.
