Child’s Phone Lost Overseas
Don’t panic! Unlike regular networks, where a removed SIM could rack up expensive calls, ParentShield keeps things safe, allowing calls only to standard UK mobile numbers and landlines. That means peace of mind for you and freedom for your child to enjoy their trip.
We’re here to help in any way we can if your child’s device goes missing. Using Cell Tower Tracking (when available), we can identify the phone’s last connection, giving a rough idea of its location, whether that’s the hotel pool or the local pizza shop!
Unfortunately, some phones may not be recovered. If that happens, please let us know. We can either temporarily pause the account until a new handset is ready, or send a Replacement SIM straight to your home so your child can keep connected once you return back.
